Kerr County Animal Services to hold first open house, needs volunteers

On Saturday, April 28th from 10 AM- 2 PM, Kerr County Animal Services will have their first annual Open House event at their shelter on Loop 534.

The Open House will have animals available for adoption, as well as food and refreshments. This event will also give people the opportunity to voice their concerns and make suggestions.

Volunteers for the Open House are needed to help make the event possible. Volunteering involves hosting guests, sharing information and assisting with adoptions. Those who wish to give their time can come to the shelter and fill out a volunteer waiver on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 8 AM-12 PM and 1 PM-5 PM and Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 PM- 5 PM.
