HEB evacuated after fire extinguisher explodes

Emergency services were dispatched to HEB at 313 Sidney Baker South this afternoon after the fire alarm system went off, due to a fire extinguisher exploding according to an HEB employee.

Several Kerrville fire engines were dispatched to the scene but were called off before they arrived.

All customers and partners have been evacuated and everyone made it out safely. The store will be closed for at least an hour, and maybe for the rest of the day, according to an HEB manager on scene.
