Kerr County District Clerk arrested on alleged DWI / Open Container charges

Kerr County District Clerk Robbin Burlew was booked into the Kerr County Jail on April 1st, 2018 on charges of alleged Driving While Intoxicated and Open Container according to Kerr County Jail Records. Records list the offense date as March 31st, 2018

Records also show that she was released on April 1st, 2018 on a personal recognizance.


Robbin Burlew is up for re-election for another full term as Kerr County District Clerk on November 6th, 2018. Burlew had no contenders in the March primary, is the incumbent and has no contenders at this time in the November 6th race. To our knowledge, the deadline to submit to run in November has already passed.

She won the Kerr County district clerk seat in 2014 after serving as chief deputy to the district clerk for eight years.
