Man convicted of indecent exposure to a minor arrested for failing to register as sex offender

Jail records show that Jose Mario Guzman sits in the Kerr County Jail on a $10,000 bond for failing to register as a sex offender back in January, 2018. He was booked in to Kerr County Jail, this time on March 29th, 2018

Guzman was originally indicted with INDECENCY W/A CHILD EXPOSES in October, 2014 and plead guilty in February, 2015. He was sentenced to three years in the Texas Department of Corrections. There is no record of when he was released.

Guzman is required to register as a sex offender for life.
