Hunt Volunteer Firefighters are hosting their annual open house and fundraiser on Saturday, June 2. The 2018 Community Day has been described as “a family-friendly, fun, and educational afternoon to raise funds for Hunt Volunteer Fire Department.”
The doors to their newly remodeled Main Station will open at 11 AM and the community is encouraged to come early to get a seat for the festivities.
It has been said that beef and chicken fajitas, sides, and desserts will be served when the event begins at 11 AM and the food will be available until it’s gone.
Music for the event will be provided by Melissa Weatherly and the Any Given Sunday Band.
To help raise funds, the Community Day will have a raffle, live and silent auctions, and door prizes.
Fire trucks and firefighting equipment will also be on display.
To purchase the $10 raffle tickets, visit the Hunt Store, the Hunt Salon or visit the Hunt Volunteer Fire Department’s website.
Raffle items will include a trophy hunt, dinner at Bridget’s Basket with wine by Grape Juice, a stay at Mo Ranch, and a variety of guns.
For the live auction, a Kriss USA 9mm Vector will be offered.
