Sid Miller, who currently serves as the Texas Commissioner of Agriculture, is under scrutiny by social media goers after tweeting and deleting a doctored photo of comedian and TV show host, Whoopi Goldberg, wearing a t-shirt showing President Trump shooting himself in the head.

This tweet comes behind ABC’s cancelation of their show “Roseanne” after a “racial tweet” was posted by Roseanne Barr.

His deleted tweet from Wednesday said, “While I in no way condone the highly inappropriate tweet sent by comedian Roseanne Barr, I call on ABC Television to maintain the same standards that they used in cancelling the Roseanne show and also cancel The View. It’s hosts have made similarly outrageous comments about President Donald J. Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, and others in their administration. If proven true, Whoopi Goldberg’s wearing of a shirt depicting our President being shot in the head is grounds for immediate termination. At present, all I see is hypocrisy and double standards from ABC. As we say in the country ‘what’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”

Here is the photo shared by Sid Miller.

This photoshopped image of Whoopi Goldberg is said to have first appeared online in 2017.

Goldberg has recently stated that the shirt she was wearing actually says, “And you thought I was a nasty woman before? Buckle up, buttercup.”

Sid Miller currently serves as the 12th Commissioner of Agriculture for Texas, according to the Texas Department of Agriculture.
