The City of Kerrville is gearing up for this Saturday’s “Get Outdoors Day” event. The free to the public event is set for June 9, from 11 AM to 3 PM and will take place at Louise Hays Park, located at 202 Thompson Drive in Kerrville.
Ahead of the event, they have released the schedule of activities set for the day. Although the event is free to attend, according to the city, there will be other fee-associated events throughout the day. These events include the Kerrville Craft Beer Run and the Kerrville Sand Volleyball Tournament.

11:00 AM on the Stage: Zumba with the Kroc
11:30 AM at the Pavillion: Boot Camp with Camp Gladiator
11:45 AM on the Stage: Cardio Kickboxing with P31 Fitness
1:00 PM on the Stage: Yoga with Dana Cardwell
2:00 PM on the River: Paddleboard Yoga with Dana Cardwell
11:30 AM: Nature Walk (meet at UGRA and Riverside Nature Center Tents)
12:00 PM: Pet Parade
1:00 PM: Nature Walk (meet at UGRA and Riverside Nature Center Tents)
1:00- 2:00 PM: Bicycle Rodeo (meet at the Hill Country Bicycle Works tent- bring your bikes!)
5:30 PM: Sand Volleyball Tournament (Lehmann and Monroe Courts)
Buzzie’s BBQ, Kona Ice, and Poptopia Pops will be there serving up food.
