Kerrville man arrested on charge of Indecent Exposure

Kerr County Jail Records show that a Kerrville resident named Alex Givens, 21, was booked into the Kerr County Jail on June 18th, 2018, on a charge of Indecent Exposure.

Kerrville Police Department was the arresting agency and it shows that he was released today on a $1500 bond. The offense date is listed as June 18th, 2018.

In Texas, indecent exposure laws classify the crime as a “Class B” misdemeanor. This charge typically faces a penalty of not more than 180 days in a county jail and/or a fine of no more than $2,000. The sentence imposed will be at the discretion of the judge and will depend upon the circumstances of each defendant and the nature of the offense, if the defendant is found guilty.
