The whey powder included in the ingredients for four varieties of Goldfish crackers has been recalled by the supplier, which in turn, has led Pepperidge Farm to issue a voluntary recall for the affected packages. The recall is due to the potential presence of Salmonella in the whey powder.
No illnesses have been reported, according to Pepperidge Farm, but consumers are being told not to eat the recalled products. The recalled items can be discarded or returned to the place of purchase for a full refund.
Below is the list of recalled Goldfish products, as stated on the Pepperidge Farm website:
Pepperidge Farm says that none of their other products sold in the U.S. are subject to the recall.
If a consumer has the purchased product’s sell-by date and package code matching an item from the list above, a reimbursement can be issued by clicking here.
