Fall adult kickball league set to happen in October, registration open

Back by popular demand, the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is holding another kickball league for the fall. The league will happen on October 2 through November 8. Registration ends on September 24.

Games are set to be played on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Kerrville Sports Complex. The registration fee to participate is $275 and teams can have up to 15 players.

“Kickball is a rapidly growing adult recreational sport,” City of Kerrville’s Parks and Recreation Specialist Josh Rodrigue said. “Friends, family members and co-workers get together and bring back friendly competition with this childhood game. It is a really nostalgic feeling for players.”

Participants can register by visiting the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department at Kerrville-Schreiner Park, 2385 Bandera Hwy., or by going to the city’s website www.kerrvilletx.gov under the “Parks and Recreation” page.
