Family Fright Night around the corner, sponsors being accepted

Family Fright Night is coming up on Halloween, Wednesday, October 31 at 5:30 PM and the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department is looking for anybody interested in sponsoring the FREE event.

Potential sponsors have two ways to be involved in this year’s Family Fright Night. With the first way, organizations can register to host a booth and activity with candy. Decorate either a car or a 10×10 tent booth with a family friendly Halloween theme and pass out candy to trick-or-treaters.

The second way to be involved is through monetary donations. Cash sponsorships go directly to providing candy, decorations, and activities for Family Fright Night. This is a way to give back to the community and promote yourself or any upcoming events and programs.

“The event is free to the community and will include games, trick-or-treating, food trucks, a costume contest, bounce houses, and more. The event had over 3,000 trick-or-treaters come through last Hallow’s Eve, and we are very excited for this year!” says the Kerrville Parks and Recreation Department.

As noted, food trucks are welcome at special events held by Kerrville Parks and Recreation.

Contact Rosa Ledesma, Recreation Coordinator, at 830-258-1160 or for sponsor and booth packets or for additional information about parking your food truck at the event.
