UPDATE: Tip to Crime Stoppers helped to capture wanted fugitive

UPDATE: On Saturday, August 25, Michael Bullard, Jr. was captured in San Antonio and taken to Bexar County Jail, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.


It was said that his capture was due to the San Antonio Repeat Offenders Program (ROPE) and a tip submitted to Crime Stoppers.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office adds, “Thank you to everyone that gave tips and information as to the whereabouts of this wanted fugitive.”

ORIGINAL STORY (08/22/2018)- Michael Bullard, Jr. is wanted for the charge of harassment with a previous conviction and the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and the District Court are asking for the community’s help to locate him.

Bullard is a 34-year-old, Caucasian male that is said to be 6 ft 2 in tall, approximately 200lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office says, “Bullard was on supervised release and has cut off his electronic monitor.”
