UPDATE: (08/15/2018) Yesterday, Camp Bullis was placed on lockdown during the pursuit of the suspect who fled from authorities. As of yesterday night, the lockdown was lift and police warned residents not to pick up any hitchhikers in the area. The suspect is considered by police as “armed and dangerous”. UPDATE: (08/14/2018) There has been a possible sighting of the Bandera escapee, Robert Lynch, in the Camp Bullis area. SAPD, along with many other officials, are currently searching for a suspect that evaded SAPD at around 8 AM this morning.
The suspect is said to have been found around the 19000 blk of Shady Lane Drive in Camp Bullis. He was confronted by SAPD in a stolen Ford F250 and is described as being a white male, about 6 foot tall. He was last seen with a scruffy beard and reddish-brown hair, wearing a black shirt and blue jeans.

UPDATE (08/12/2018): It has been reported that the San Antonio Police Department located and recovered the 2012 Lincoln Navigator on August 10. The vehicle was presumed to be stolen by Robert Lynch, the escapee.
The Bandera County fugitive is still at large, says Bandera County Officials.

UPDATE (08/09/2018): As of 10:15 AM, there have been no new developments in the search for Robert Kalaeb Lynch, according to the Bandera Marshal Dietrich.
If any new information about the fugitive is released, we will provide an update.
UPDATE: There has been another update out of Bandera County regarding the escaped fugitive. They are asking the community to be on the lookout for a red 2012 Lincoln Navigator with a Texas License Plate, number BTL0967.
The vehicle should have a white Geneva school sticker on the back window and it is believed to have been stolen by Robert Kalaeb Lynch.
It has been reported by the Bandera County Marshal’s Office that the Red SUV was stolen from the San Julian Creek area at around 9:20 PM.
Lynch was last seen wearing jeans and a black or camouflage t-shirt. Please call 9-1-1 if you have seen him, or this vehicle, or have any knowledge of his current whereabouts.
Officials plea to residents to not leave your keys in your vehicles.
UPDATE: The Bandera County Sheriff’s Office stated at about 7 PM that the last sighting of the escapee puts him between Rugh Hill and FM 1077 on the opposite side of the river from the City.
They also would like for everyone to keep their homes and vehicles locked.

Update: The Bandera Marshal’s Office says that the wanted fugitive that escaped from a patrol car yesterday has still not been apprehended as of 7:50am this morning.
They remind residents to stay vigilant and keep homes and vehicles locked. Call 911 if you see anything suspicious.
According to their Facebook page, the Bandera Marshal’s Office is wanting all the residents in the 16 North 470 area to be on the lookout for a 6′ 2″ white male with a shaved head, wearing a camo t-shirt and shorts.
He is possibly still handcuffed in the front, they said. The Bandera Marshal’s Office adds that a DPS helicopter is in the area searching and they are asking anyone to call the Sheriff’s office immediately if you see this male.
“Do not attempt to apprehend or approach him,” says Marshal W. Dietrich in the post.
This same man is reportedly a suspect in the recent theft of thousands of dollars worth of firearms and a vehicle from a Bandera ranch, as well as breaking into many other vehicles and stealing firearms from different ranches in the area.
