The Kerrville Adult Soccer League is back for the fall season and will begin November 5 and run through December 10. The co-ed league is for those who are 18 years and older, with the exception of 16 and 17-year-olds with a parental waiver.
Teams will play 12 guaranteed games, two games per week. The format is 8v8, with the top six teams will advance to the playoffs.
The team entry fee is $300, due by October 25, and there is a 13 player cap. If you would like to play but do not have a team, call the Parks and Recreation Department and they will try to get you on an established team, but this is not a guarantee.
Referees are also needed and no license is required but is preferred. City league referees are paid $20 per game.
Note that this year the league will need a photo of themselves to give to the Parks and Recreation Department so player ID cards can be made. Before each game, the ID cards will need to be shown to the referees and officials.
A mandatory meeting with the team captains, a limit of two representatives from each team, will take place on Thursday, October 25 at the Kerrville-Schreiner Park Administration Building at Kerrville-Shreiner Park.
