Indigo & Shibori Workshop is coming to Ingram in November

Mark your calendars for Thursday, November 8, 2018. The Hill Country Arts Foundation is having an Indigo & Shibori Workshop with Aaron Sanders Head.

“Indigo is one of the oldest dyes used for textiles and printing, with many countries having used the plant and its brilliant blue color for centuries. In this workshop, students will learn the fundamentals of the ancient practice of indigo dyeing, along with the historic pattern making process known as shibori. The skills learned in this workshop can be used at home, and applied to existing artistic practices, and all experience levels are welcome.”

For HCAF members, tuition is $125. Non-member tuition is $145. The tuition fee includes all materials.
