Fredericksburg PD hosts Law Enforcement Summer Youth Program

The Fredericksburg Police Department is having their 24th Law Enforcement Summer Youth Program beginning on June 6, 2018.


As stated by the Fredericksburg PD, this program is open for kids, ages 7-14 and will consist of activities like movies, swimming parties, field trips and much more.

There is no cost for any child to attend and snacks will be provided at each event.

Contact the Fredericksburg Police Department at 830-997-7585 to receive the summer schedule, which includes the rules and regulations, release of liability form, and the first event permission slip.

Although the schedule is subject to change, as of now, the event schedule is as follows:

  • June 5 Tuesday Lady Bird Johnson Pool- 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • June 12 Tuesday Lady Bird Park Pavilion #5 Hot Dog Party and Games- 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • June 19 Tuesday Movie at Fritztown Cinema- 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • June 26 Tuesday Pacific War Museum Reenactment Center- 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • July 3 Tuesday Holiday — No Program
  • July 10 Tuesday Game Warden Program Lady Bird Park Pavilion #5- 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • July 17 Tuesday Movie at Fritztown Cinema- 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
  • July 24 Tuesday Lady Bird Johnson Pool- 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm
