1- Lack Of Protein

2- Insufficient Amount Of Vitamins And Minerals

According to statistics, many of us lack at least one vitamin and mineral in our diet, especially those who suffer from one or another gastrointestinal disease and dysbiosis. If we are on a diet, then it is worth providing our body with the necessary substances. Otherwise, we will be left completely without hair.

3- Scalp Problems

We often lose hair for this very reason. Seborrhea, psoriasis, eczema, various fungal diseases can easily deprive us of our main beauty i.e. scalp hair.

4- Consumption of Alcohol

Consumption of alcohol dehydrates the body and also hinders the absorption of vital nutrients in the body. This leads to dryness of hair and causes them to break.

Therefore, excessive consumption of alcohol can cause hair loss. Many experts who provide addiction treatment services blame alcohol to cause several skin and hair problems which also include hair loss.

5- Stress

This is another reason for the loss. Constant stress negatively affects the entire body as a whole, including hair. It is during this period that we need the most of all vitamins and other nutritional components.

6- Postpartum Restructuring Of The Body

Many females experience hair loss after giving birth. This happens due to hormonal changes in the body. Usually, everything returns to normal after 3-4 months after the birth of the baby.

7- Endocrine System Problems

Thyroid disease and diabetes mellitus are common causes of hair loss. So if you are losing your hair for no apparent reason, it is advisable to visit your doctor.

The beauty and strength of our hair depend on the quality of nutrition. The more we consume foods rich in vitamins and useful components, the more luxurious our hair becomes. Also, to strengthen the hair roots and to nourish them, you can use various care products that contain everything you need for your hair.

1- Vitamin A

To help hair grow faster and be shiny and silky, use vitamin A. It can be purchased in the pharmacy. You can also purchase oils that are rich in Vitamin A. It is also present in many vitamin complexes. It is present in the cream, milk, butter, liver, and egg yolks. Consume more of these food products, if you want shiny and smooth hair.

2- Vitamin C

This vitamin has a beneficial effect on the scalp. It strengthens the roots, makes the walls of blood vessels elastic and strong, also restores iron metabolism. It is abundant in onions, tomatoes, bell peppers, potatoes, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. 

3- Vitamin E

Tocopherol is simply irreplaceable for our hair. It stops the aging of the body by binding free radicals, slowing down the oxidative processes of keratin, which makes up the hair. Vitamin E helps to repair damaged bulbs and prevents dandruff.

Thanks to it, the sebaceous glands work better, the hair becomes less brittle and softer. It is present in seafood, spinach, asparagus, nuts, and vegetable oil.

4- Vitamin B2

Vitamin B2 eliminates dryness, brittleness, and root fat. To replenish vitamin stores in the body, you need to eat meat, liver, grains, and dairy products. You can also use it in a capsule form.

5- Vitamin B3

This component protects against grey hair. It is found in the required amount in peanuts, beef, beef liver, and whole grains. Those who face the problem of grey hair should consume more whole grain products.

6- Vitamin B5

This vitamin affects hair growth. Its content is rich in chicken, yeast, egg yolk, fish roe, milk, dairy products, hazelnuts, rolled oats, buckwheat, peas, and cabbage. Before eating, make sure that all these products are chemical-free.

7- Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 keeps the scalp healthy. And also helps to quickly recover from stress and nervous breakdowns. It is available in soybeans, nuts, cereals, chicken, pork, eggs, pork liver, cabbage, and dry yeast.

8- Vitamins B8 and B9

B8 is used for intense hair loss and B9 accelerates hair growth. These components are mostly found in rice, nuts, yeast, and many fruits and vegetables. This is the reason why many doctors recommend eating lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

9- Vitamin B10

Thanks to this vitamin, you can protect yourself against grey hair, strengthen hair, and improve the condition of the scalp. It is found in potatoes, seafood, milk, nuts, and cereals. This single vitamin has multiple benefits not only for the hair but also for the whole body. Include them in your daily diet and observe the changes in your body, hair, and skin.
